Day 4 went well. My workout gave me a boost of confidence - I feel like I can actually do this.

I like the idea of the iPod playlist. I think I'm going to create my own, also. I'm ready for Week 2! Bring it on!
I just started back on my intervals this week so it looks like we'll be going into Week 2 together. I'm scerrrrrredddddd of the 90 sec run but I'm ready! Love the playlist...we have alot of the same songs and some I forgot about so thanks I'll be adding those to my list. Oh and I totally related to your first day of training...it is no joke but your body definantly gets used to it when you just push pass your comfort zone. Thanks for the added motivation!
