Week 4, Day 3: All's well, at least for now
My workout today was pretty uneventful. I came, I ran, I conquered. There really isn't too much else to it. I have definitely bounced back from Tuesday's run. I was able to complete each interval and I even upped my speed slightly. Either way, next week is yet another big test. On day 3 we are supposed to run 20 minutes straight. Somehow, I think I might be stuck on week 5 for a while. Either way, wish me luck!

Good Luck Tanisha! I'm still trying to get through my 3 min intervals...I've done them but it's VERY difficult to the point where I'm taunted all day...lol..anticipating my workout with horror...I gotta keep telling myself 'It's only temporary Shay, just get through it'...do you have hard time breathing cuz I find myself struggling? Esh gave me a tip but if you have any just let me know so I can have a back up plan.
